Is there a minimum order?

What happens if my order doesn't arrive or product is faulty.
If you have purchased an item from a business and have chosen to have it delivered, it is the seller's responsibility to ensure that the item reaches you. It is their duty to follow up with the courier and find out the status of your order. You, as the buyer, are not responsible for this task. It is the seller's role to ensure that the delivery is successful and that you receive your purchase in a timely manner. Should the item never arrive or is faulty we are responsible for refunding or replacing the item and not the delivery company. The contract is with us and the customer.

Who and how can someone get a trade account?
They
must operate a business, which includes self-employment and place a one-off minimum order of £70 (excludes delivery). Thereafter, you can order as little as you like and continue to pay the trade account prices.

Does the website include V.A.T?
We are exempt from charging V.A.T since we not a V.A.T registered business. This is common for businesses who have not had a turn-over of £85 or more during a 12-month period.

Do you charge for delivery?
If your order totals £130 or more, you are eligible for our free delivery service. However, this doesn't apply to our Balonevi modelling balloons) due to them not being purchased from our primary supplier) If your order falls below this threshold, there will be a fixed cost of £8.00 for delivery, excluding the Balonevia modelling balloons).

Do you deliver to outside the United Kingdom?
We provide delivery to UK Mainland. However, for orders and delivery prices to Scottish Highlands and Island, Northern Ireland and Isle of Wight, please get in contact.

What if I change my mind about an item or entire order?
I'm sorry but we do not except returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations once an item has been paid for. However, if an item is faulty a refund or exchange is possible.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bacs payment. We will contact you with these details soon after your order has been placed.

Can customers collect?
No. Sorry we are online only.

Do you offer drop shipping?
Yes. Your customer's order will be delivered in plain packaging and without a receipt.
